Customer service success: Booq
I’m a big fan of my success Booq 15" PowerSleeve. My only problem was the stiching on the shoulder pad started to come out. It wasn’t that big of a deal, but over the months it got worse. Because getting stuff like this fixed is usually a huge pain, I let it go longer than I should have. I emailed Booq this afternoon and within 45 minutes I got a reply back asking for a JPEG of the damage for their records and my address. This is wonderful. From the photos on the site it appears they have changed the design of this part to add more padding (and hopefully stronger stiching).
I’m currently looking for a case than can hold my laptop, Optura 60 and a digital camera (DSLR sized). Hopefully another Booq can fit the bill!
