Say Anything – Say Anything Is A Real Boy

Finally picked up the Say Anything – Say Anything Is A Real Boy CD today. It is very creative, melodic, rock. Pretty laid back, sort of reminds me of Minus The Bear. Before today I had been jamming out to a few of the songs that they give away, but have been waiting until BestBuy had a copy.

It starts off with some humor, but is just a great song overall. The whole CD is worth a listen. I heard a rumor that the singer checked into a psych hospital after finishing the CD, it must have taken a lot out of him. They are on tour now so I guess he got over it.

I don’t think the CD has sold well, so if you like the song and see it in the store show some support (it was $11 at BestBuy). It is on Doghouse Records (All American Rejects, My Hotel Year, etc).
