Buying mobile phones

I get an email everytime someone posts a comment on MobileTracker Phones. Lately I’ve been getting at least 1 per day from someone requesting to buy a phone. However, they are almost all from Asia. What’s the deal? Are there no phone dealers in Asia? Or is it just the irony that while US geeks get phones from Asia, Asian geeks get phones from the US.
