One life goal down
As a kid I never had a Nintendo. Probably a good thing, but everytime I played (at a friend’s for instance), I sucked. But I liked it. No one else did though, so I was the score keeper. But since it automatically keeps score I never did anything. So yesterday I downloaded an emulator and the Super Mario Brothers ROM and went at it. Today I bring you my prize:
(After 32 levels you think they could have spent a few bucks on the ending…)
Well, fortunately, they actually censored the ending. You’ll just have to imagine what came out of Mario’s mouth when he read “We present you a new quest.”
What happens if you beat the “new quest”? Does it just end or is there an even harder version? I don’t think I was ever bored enough to play the game twice through in one sitting…
Don’t worry, the endings for the NES versions of Super Mario Bros. 2
and Super Mario Bros. 3 aren’t any better. Now, the SNES version is a bit better.
However, nothing can beat the ending for the US version of Samurai Showdown V.
